Coatings ingredients supplied by BASF

Hydropalat® by BASF are wetting agents that offer outstanding substrate-wetting, colorant-compatibilizing, flow-control, slip-control and anti-mar to water-based formulations. They find applications in automotive, architectural, building and construction, elastomeric roof, industrial, marine, furniture and wood coatings. Also used in nonwoven, overprint varnish (OPV), printing and packaging.

Hydropalat® series is available as:

Alkoxylated surfactants - Low-foaming wetting agents for water-based systems
Fluorinated polyacrylates - Acrylate leveling agents for water-based and solvent-based systems
Polymer-based surfactants - Defoaming wetting agents with dynamic surface-tension reduction
Silicone surfactants – Generally low static surface tension wetting agents
Sulfosuccinates – Cost-effective wetting agents with dynamic surface-tension reduction
