Hydropalat® 7003

Hydropalat® 7003 by BASF is a phosphoric acid ester of a non-ionic surfactant of the polyglycol ether type. Acts as a dispersing agent for inorganic pigments and solvent-based coatings. Can be used in combination with non-ionic dispersing agent to give universal compatibility and color acceptance even in solvent-based coatings. Hydropalat® 7003 complies with FDA CFR 21 178.3400, TSCA, DSL, PICCS, AICS, ECL, ENCS/ MITI, IECSC and EINECS. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
