Hydropalat® 3216

Hydropalat® 3216 by BASF is a mixture of ionic and non-ionic surfactants. It acts as a wetting and dispersing agent for aqueous coatings. It imparts no effect on pot life. It possesses high gloss and color strength. It exhibits very good rub-out properties. Hydropalat® 3216 is suitably used for air and oven drying coatings as well as baking coatings. It prevents rub-out effects by using critical pigment combinations e.g., titanium dioxide/ phthaloblue. The recommended dosage is 0.2- 1.0 %.
