Hydropalat® 216

Hydropalat® 216 by BASF is a mixture of ionic and non-ionic surfactants. It is free of APEO. It is used as an outstanding wetting and dispersing agent for aqueous coatings. It prevents rub-out effects by using critical pigment combinations, e.g., titaniumdioxide/phthaloblue. It is suitable for air and oven drying as well as baking coatings. It possesses high gloss, color strength and very good rub-out properties. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-1.0 %. Hydropalat® 216 has shelf life of 2 years.
