Hydropalat® 535 N

Hydropalat® 535 N by BASF is a dispersing aid for aqueous coatings, particularly those based on amine neutralized aqueous binders. It is an alcanolamine salt of a polycarbonic acid in butyl glycol and some water. It causes a thixotropic viscosity increase. It improves substrate wetting properties. Hydropalat® 535 N offers outstanding corrosion properties, low pigment settling, reduced flooding, floating, reduced sagging, bodying, moderate increase of film thickness and uniform film thickness.
