TEGO® AddBond 1270 by Evonik is a solution of a modified special polyester in sec.-butanol. Used as a co-binder, adhesion resin solution for solvent borne formulations in industrial coatings. Improves the corrosion protection. Offers very good adhesion improvement on metal. TEGO® AddBond 1270 is suitable for waterborne formulations, after neutralization with amines. Exhibits good viscosity reduction/increase of solids content, flexibility, and hardness. It has a storage stability of 6 months.
