TEGO® Antifoam 4-88

TEGO® Antifoam 4-88 by Evonik is an APEO-free and mineral oil-free antifoam emulsion for use in polymeric coatings. It is based on organo-modified siloxanes. It offers excellent efficiency, maximum compatibility and prevents surface defect problems such as fisheyes and craters. TEGO® Antifoam 4-88 is used in PU dispersions. It is typically used as an aqueous pre-dilution in a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 10. Its recommended usage is between 0.05 to 0.2 %. It is in compliance with FDA, REACH, European regulation 10/2011 and XIVth BfR Recommendation. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
