TEGO® Antifoam 3045

TEGO® Antifoam 3045 by Evonik is an organic oil defoamer. It is designed to control and typically eliminate foam, pinholes and entrapped air in water-based paper coatings without generating surface defects. It is a low viscosity, easy-to-handle liquid that contains no added mineral oils, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). TEGO® Antifoam 3045 recommended usage is between 0.2 to 1.0% of total formulation weight. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
