TEGO® Airex 971 by Evonik is a silicon-free anti-foaming agent for radiation curing and non-aqueous formulations. It provides excellent compatibility and very fast foam breakdown. It is suitable for pigmented and clear coatings. It is partly designed for 2-pack 100% and solvent-borne coatings. Recommended addition level is 0.5-3.0% on total formulation. TEGO® Airex 971 is used in printing-, screen inks and overprint varnishes. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
