TEGO® Airex 923

TEGO® Airex 923 by Evonik is a silicone-free deaerator concentrate for non-aqueous formulations. It is a highly compatible 100% active organic polymer that shows improved efficiency.

It is suitable for use in radiation curing, clear and pigmented formulations and partly suitable for 2-pack 100% and solventborne formulations.
It is designed for brush & roller application, compressed air spraying, flexo/gravure printing, dip-, flow- & curtain coating and flooring.
The recommended addition level is 0.1-0.5% as supplied calculated on total formulations.
Typical applications include nail varnishes, printing inks, general industrial and wood coatings.
TEGO® Airex 923 has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
It has won Ringier Technology Innovation Award 2023.
