Sofronios Mavraganis, with over a decade of expertise in the Paints & Coatings industry, has demonstrated excellence across diverse technical positions. He has worked for leading global paint and colorant manufacturers, and his expertise extends to innovation, product development, and technical marketing functions.

In 2020, he relocated to Switzerland to join Omya as the Application Manager for Paints & Coatings Europe, based at Omya’s global Headquarters. Omya is a leading global producer of industrial minerals.

In 2024, he was promoted to Head of Technical Services and Application, Paints & Coatings, where he spearheaded the segment’s worldwide strategic initiatives. Sofronios has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy.
