SiliXan® M 150

SiliXan® M 150 by SiliXan is a silica/ zirconium dioxide grade modified with methacrylate. Exhibits easy-to-clean properties, good anti-staining properties, improved adhesion on metal, excellent abrasion- and chemical resistance. It is diluted with polar solvents like alcohols, esters, ether esters or ketones. It is insoluble in water, xylene, toluene and benzene. It is preferably used for thermal or peroxide and UV-curing lacquers for mineral surfaces (natural stone or concrete) or use as co-binder for plastic coating. SiliXan® M 150 is used as an unsaturated binder for scratch-resistant coatings, and for commercial acrylate- or methacrylate based inks. Complies with EINECS, TSCA (USA), ECL (Korea) and REACH regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. The shelf life of the product is 6 months.
