Carboset® 2968 by Lubrizol is a self-crosslinking, APEO-free acrylic polymer emulsion. Offers resistance against household chemicals, moisture (especially moist heat) and scratches/abrasion. Coating products produced with Carboset® 2968 will offer exceptional early hardness, clarity, chemical and stain resistance and “hot pan” resistance. It is designed for low VOC applications and provides fast dry times and impressive process efficiency. Recommended for furniture finishes, DIY clear wood finishes, pigmented coatings and high gloss or satin finishes.
