Carboset® PL-3127

Carboset® PL-3127 is an anionic- & non-ionic, APEO surfactant-free, waterborne, acrylic copolymer emulsion. It is designed for use in peelable coatings for metals where both short & long-term corrosion protection is needed. It exhibits fast dry time that allows packaging, storage, assembly or shipment quickly after application. It can be applied at low dry film thickness with excellent corrosion performance. It is suitable for machined and painted metal surfaces. It can be formulated to less than 45 g/l VOC US (EPA Method 24). Carboset® PL-3127 can also be formulated for various application methods such as spray, brush, or dip and is color and tint capable for visual indicators in plant operations.
