Silsurf® A008 is a water-soluble silicone surfactant and wetting agent by Siltech. It is a very low molecular weight ethoxylated polydimethylsiloxane. Exhibits excellent spreading capabilities. Designed for water-based inks and coatings. It reduces the surface tension of water to below 22 mN/m at a dosage level of 0.1%. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Silsurf® A008 has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C.
