ACumist® B-6

ACumist® B-6 is a micronized polyethylene homopolymer by Honeywell. Designed for use in general purpose and high gloss solvent-borne & UV/EB cured coatings, can & container coatings, solvent-based gravure-, flexographic- and generally liquid inks. It is especially useful for improving slip and rub in inks. ACumist® B-6 provides excellent abrasion resistance, blocking resistance and minimal gloss reduction. It has an average particle sizes from about 4 to 17 microns. It is insoluble in solvents, UV-based monomers and oligomers at room temperature.
