Disponer 923S

Disponer 923S by Elementis is a wetting, dispersing and anti-settling agent for solvent-based coatings especially in low to medium polarity. It contains compatible silicone and is more effective in the prevention of pigments flooding and floating.

• It exhibits interfacial active property that assist pigment wetting and de-agglomerating.
• It is good activator for bentonites.
• Bentonite pregel produced with addition of Disponer 923S shows the following benefits such as reduced dispersing time, improved anti-settling & anti-sagging efficiency and enhanced storage stability, adjustable paste viscosity with easier handling.
• In addition to the above-mentioned advantages, should be reducing flooding, floating in multi-pigment systems.
• It is recommended for ready paint, epoxy paint, alkyd/ melamine and acid cure amino.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.2-5.0% based on total pigments.
• Disponer 923S has a shelf life of 18 months from date of manufacture.
