Disponer 904

Disponer 904 by Elementis is a wetting, dispersing, anti-floating and anti-flooding agents for solvent based paints. It is high molecular weight carboxylic acid. It exhibits to assist pigment wetting and de-agglomerating. It prevents hard settling when basic pigments and carbonate fillers are used.

• Anti-floating and anti-flooding performance of titanium dioxide pigments where colored pigments also used, especially for phthalocyanine pigments.
• It is used in ready paints, epoxy paints, coatings and inks.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.5-3.0% for inorganic pigments and 2-5% for organic pigments based on pigment.
• Disponer 904 has a shelf life of 18 months from date of manufacture.
