Disponer 929

Disponer 929 by Elementis is a unique wetting and dispersing agent as well as grinding vehicle specially designed for carbon black pigment. It can add to the mill-base, also as grinding vehicle to prepare pigment pastes for tinting or coloring. It is suitable for prussian blues, transparent iron oxides.

• It provides excellent storage stability, prevents pigments from flocculation while maintaining viscosity and fineness stable.
• It allows to prepare high pigment loading pastes or paints with low viscosity.
• It exhibits good color development, transparency with anti-floating & anti-flooding performance.
• It is used in ready paints, alkyd/melamine and gravure printing inks/screen printing inks.
• Recommended dosage level is 20-50% for sole grinding vehicle based on total formulation and 20-80% for wetting & dispersing agent based on carbon black.
• Disponer 929 has a shelf life of 18 months from date of manufacture.
