Bentone® HC

Bentone® HC by Elementis is cost-effective refined hectorite clay-based rheology modifier. It provides shear-thinning viscosity and stable package rheology over a wide temperature range. It improves slump or sag resistance and does not retard drying also has fast water release. It is bacteria- and enzyme-resistant.

• Bentone® HC is used in PVC coatings, paints and inks.
• The recommended dosage is 0.3-2.0% based on the total formulation.
• It has a shelf life of 4 years from the date of manufacture.
