Masil® SFR 750

Masil® SFR 750 by DyStar is a reactive silicone fluid. It is a clear, water-white, tasteless and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with terminal hydroxyl sites.

It imparts water repelling properties and paper softness to natural textiles such as cotton fabrics.
It is recommended for formulating silicone room-temperature vulcanizing systems that incorporate reinforcing aids and extending fillers.
It can be cured with small quantities of multifunctional silanes, such as alkoxy silanes.
The reaction is aided by using organometallic salts such as zinc, tin, and iron.
Masil® SFR 750 is designed for paper- and water-repellent coating formulations.
