Masil® Ultra SL 3500

Masil® Ultra SL 3500 by DyStar is a low viscosity, easy to handle, water-based silicone emulsion. It is specially formulated to impart slip and mar resistance. It can be used to effectively reduce the coefficient of friction in overprint varnishes and inks used in printing and packaging.

• It is compatible with acrylic and polyurethane systems.
• It is suitable for water-based flexographic-, gravure- and lithographic ink.
• The recommended dosage is 0.125 to 3% weight based on total formulation weight.
• Masil® Ultra SL 3500 is compliant with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 175.320, 176.170 and 176.180.
• It is also compliant with Swiss Ordinance positive list (Annex 10), Nestlé negative list and California proposition 65.
