Emulsogen® EPN 287

Emulsogen® EPN 287 by Clariant is a preservative-free, APEO-free, low-VOC, non-ionic emulsifier. It is used in polymerization of vinyl acetate together with other vinyl esters, acrylates, vinyl chloride and ethylene, acrylic & styrene/acrylic dispersions and butadiene/styrene latex. This FDA-approved grade reduces coagulation and improves electrolyte resistance & freeze/thaw stability. It maintains low viscosity of polymer emulsion at different shear rates. The shelf life of Emulsogen® EPN 287 is 730 days.
