Afcona -2754

Afcona -2754 by Afcona Additives is a silicone-free, anti-foam and de-aeration agent for solvent-based and solvent-free systems of coil- and wood coatings. It is compatible with epoxy and polyurethane resins. Afcona -2754 is suitable for other high polar systems used in NC and acid curing. Due to its strong defoaming property, in-can haziness must be checked before using it in clearcoats. It can be diluted in S.B.P. spirit. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0% and under normal conditions is 1.0% for solvent-free and 0.1-0.3% for the solvent-based systems. The shelf-life is 5 years.
