Afcona -2507

Afcona -2507 by Afcona Additives is a water-based defoamer for clear coatings and pigment concentrate preparations. It is organically modified polysiloxane with hydrophobic silica. It is suitable to eliminates process foams in PUD and polyacrylic emulsion resins system. It offers good shear force resistance. Afcona -2507 is suitable for printing ink systems. Recommended dosage level is 0.05-1.00% and under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.05-0.25% and in the case of pigment paste preparation, the normal dosage level is 0.5-1.0%. The shelf-life of the grade is 5 years.
