Afcona -2051

Afcona -2051 by Afcona Additives is a defoamer with deaeration properties. It is the solution of silicone-modified polymer. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It is suitable for clear coat, spray and brush applications. Afcona -2051 is applicable for polyurethane systems for wood, plastic & car refinish, NC lacquers, and acid curing coatings for wood and general industrial coatings. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5% and under normal conditions, the dosage level is 0.3% based on total formulation. The shelf-life of the grade is 5 years.
