ADDAPT® BioWet™ 25L

ADDAPT® BioWet™ 25L by ADDAPT Chemicals is a non-foaming, solvent-free, readily biodegradable wetting agent. It is polyhydroxy amide in water. It exhibits high surface energy resulting in an excellent wetting of paper coatings without an increase of the water absorption (low COBB value). It offers improved gloss, penetration and wet-edge (open time) in emulsion paints and lacquers. It provides pigment grinding efficiency and improves the “FLOP” of aluminum pigments. ADDAPT® BioWet™ 25L is suitable for water-based paints, printing inks and overprint varnishes (OPV). The recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0 wt% based on total formulation.
