J. Alberto Pino is Dow’s Global Paint Vision Leader, responsible for driving the next generation of coatings formulation. Alberto joined Dow in 2011 and has held many roles driving the company’s growth strategy. Prior to this position, he was the Global Strategist for Consumer Solutions Division, has served as Marketing Manager for Home Care in Latin America and was Manager of the Consumer Value Chain for the Northern Region of Latin America, covering Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. He has a Master's Degree in Cosmetic Formulation and Derma-pharmacy from CESIF (Center for Advanced Studies in the Pharmaceutical Industry) in Madrid, Spain.
Leo Moura is an accomplished Marketing Manager with a successful career spanning over 10 years. He began his journey in the technical area and later transitioned to commercial roles, showcasing his adaptability and diverse skill set. Leo's expertise lies in the Architectural market within the Coatings Industry, where he has consistently driven sales and introduced new products (NPIs). With broad experience in both global and regional Product and Marketing positions, Leo has a proven track record of delivering results. As Co-Leader of WIN, an Employee Resource Group, Leo is actively involved in promoting gender equality.
Ricardo Luiz is an experienced chemist with a solid background in the Chemical Industry, currently serving as the Senior Technical Service and Development Leader for the Coatings segment across Latin America. With a remarkable career spanning over 15 years, he has actively contributed to various markets, including Polyurethane, Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial Water Treatment, Industrial Commodities, and Building Blocks. Ricardo has a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the prestigious University of São Paulo (USP) and further specialization in Synthesis of Corrosion Inhibitors through his Master's degree. His expertise and dedication have resulted in successful contributions to Dow.
Diego Moreira is a chemist with over ten years of R&D experience in the Coatings & Polymers business with international job rotations in US and Europe. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), and specialization in Materials Science and Innovation Management. Diego joined Dow in 2022 and he is currently Senior TS&D Specialist at Dow Coating Materials, responsible for technical support in the Architectural Coatings segment.
