Silicones & Silazanes

Silicone resin paints consist of siloxane and acrylic resin binders dissolved in an inorganic solvent. Silicone resin based coatings have a low glass transition temperature and they repel water. They are stable to heat and transparent to U.V rays; they can withstand extreme weather conditions. All these properties make silicone coatings an ideal choice for outdoor and water proofing applications. For eg. architectural/decorative, automotives, marine etc.
