PANSIL®
Coatings ingredients supplied by Tolsa
PANSIL® UltraSpheres from
Tolsa
are high-performance ceramic microspheres used as additives and fillers in a wide range of paints, coatings, mastics, and other construction materials. Compared to irregular-shaped and partially spherical fillers, the 100% spherical shape of Pansil® UltraSpheres additives:
Allow the particles to flow easily over one another to measurably enhance flow, leveling, and application properties,
Help control gloss without substantially increasing viscosity,
Increase solids and filler loading, helping to reduce costs and VOCs.
PANSIL® UltraSpheres are suitable for wide range of coatings, such as high solids industrial coatings, marine coatings, aircraft coatings, powder coatings, coil coatings, primers, radiation-curable inks & coatings, etc.
