CASAMID® 879 by Thomas Swan is a general purpose, alcohol soluble thermoplastic polyamide resin. It also acts as an anti-blocking agent when used with low levels of nitrocellulose. It exhibits excellent resistance to water and gelation. CASAMID® 879 offers enhanced drying characteristics. It is suitable for flexographic packaging inks. It has a shelf-life of 12 months.
