FTR™ 8100

FTR™ 8100 by Mitsui Chemicals is a high-grade toner material created by a proprietary oligomer manufacturing technology. It has good pulverizability so particles are small in size with sharp particle size distribution. Used as a grinding medium for toner resin for copy machines and printers due to good processability, high yield and quality particles. Possesses high molecular weight relative to softening point, quick hardening characteristics and excellent color stability. Exhibits strong adhesion at high temperature, low odor and excellent heat resistance. FTR™ 8100 is compatible with EVA, SBC, acrylic resins, polyolefin wax, various plastics and elastomers.
