FTR™ 2140

FTR™ 2140 is a high-grade toner material by Mitsui Chemicals. Possesses high molecular weight relative to softening point, quick hardening characteristics and excellent color stability. It is created by a proprietary oligomer manufacturing technology. Used as a grinding medium for toner resin for copy machines and printers due to good processability, high yield and quality particles. Compatible with EVA, SBC, acrylic resins, polyolefin wax, various plastics and elastomers. Exhibits strong adhesion at high temperature, low odor and excellent heat resistance. FTR™ 2140 has good pulverizability so particles are small in size with sharp particle size distribution.
