KURARAY LIR-410

KURARAY LIR-410 by Kuraray is carboxylated isoprene rubber-based plasticizer. It is a high viscosity, synthetic & low viscosity co-vulcanizable product. It reduces migration significantly which improves the product’s shelf life. During the rubber compounding phase, it significantly reduces processing time while maintaining the rubber compound's physical properties. It offers lower processing costs. It is colorless, transparent and odorless without halogen residuals. This grade improves tack and adhesive properties in a wide range of temperatures as well as adhesion to metals and fibers. It can crosslink with NR, NR/SBR and KURARAY LIR-403 and KURARAY LIR-410 as base rubber. Recommended for high performance coatings.
