KURARAY KL-10

KURARAY KL-10 by Kuraray is a liquid rubber based on isoprene homopolymer. It is a high-viscosity synthetic rubber grade. It can function as a reactive plasticizer but has a far higher molecular weight than normal plasticizers. It is co-vulcanizable with solid rubber such as NR, SBR, BR, IR and IIR. It significantly reduces processing time while maintaining the rubber compounds’ physical properties, during the rubber compounding phase, It results in a product with lower processing costs. It is colorless, transparent and odorless with low VOC. Its low glass transition temperature (Tg) improves low-temperature properties. KURARAY KL-10 is commonly used in coatings.
