IZELPOL 19 N 82

IZELPOL 19 N 82 by Izel Kimya is a fast drying saturated polyester resin. It is recommended for cleaned, cured, sanded, two components OEM industry refinish car paint. It can be used as a co-reactant for blocked polyisocyanates in coil coating for base and back coat applications. It shows high hardness, very good adhesion, flexibility & good chemical- and water resistance and good pigment wetting. It yields one-component polyurethane coil coating with good resistance to scratching and abrasion as well as excellent UV stability. The product can be combined with HMMM type amino resins in ratio from 70:30 to 90:10 (calculated on solids). It can also be combined with blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate for food contact applications for the formulation of sterilization-proof base coats & clear coats for exterior can coating application. The dosage level of IZELPOL 19 N 82 is 0.2-1%.
