IZELPOL 18 X 65 by Izel Kimya is saturated, branched polyester resin. It is recommended for stoving enamels for metal with high hardness. It shows very good adhesion, flexibility, good chemical- & water resistance and good pigment wetting. It exhibits good compatibility with CAB(Cellulose Acetate Propionate), urea/HMMM resins, melamine, benzoguanamine and polyisocyanate resins. IZELPOL 18 X 65 is recommended for use in metallic basecoats and solid color topcoats for automotive OEM. It can be crosslinked with higher-reactive melamine resins in ratio from 70: 30 to 60:40 (calculated on solids). The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
