DOMACRYL 5495 70 X/BAc by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is a highly reactive hydroxy acrylic resin. It is supplied as 69-71% (30:70) in xylene/ butylacetate. It imparts superior outdoor durability, non-yellowing resistance and excellent mechanical properties. DOMACRYL 5495 70 X/BAc offers fast build-up of hardness. It is suitable for high solids systems and 2K automotive refinishing (top coats & clear coats). It is intended to be cross-linked with isocyanate resins. It is soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, xylene, toluene, methoxypropyl acetate and methyl isobutyl ketone. It is compatible with vinyl VAGH, HDI-biuret, ester soluble nitrocellulose and Domacryl hydroxyl resins. It is partially soluble in solvesso 100 and solvesso 150.
