DOMACRYL 544 60 X/SA/BAc

DOMACRYL 544 60 X/SA/BAc is a highly reactive hydroxy acrylic resin by Helios Resins (Helios Group). It is supplied as 58-62% in (35:15:50) xylene/ solvesso 100/ butylacetate cca. It is specially designed for cross-linking with isocyanate resins for the formulation of non-yellowing finishing. DOMACRYL 544 60 X/SA/BAc offers excellent mechanical properties, fast build-up of hardness and superior outdoor durability. It is suitable for automotive refinishing (clear coats & top coats). It is compatible with Desmodur L 75, vinyl VAGH, ester soluble nitrocellulose, HDI isocyanurate and HDI-biuret. It is partially soluble in xylene, solvesso 150 and solvesso 100. Physical dying can be accelerated by the addition of cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) resins. It is soluble in toluene, acetone, methoxypropyl acetate, ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate and methyl isobutyl ketone.
