DOMACRYL 5485 75 BAc by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is a highly reactive hydroxy acrylic resin. It is supplied as 74-76% in butylacetate. It offers good balance of hardness & flexibility. It imparts superior outdoor durability, non-yellowing resistance and excellent mechanical properties. DOMACRYL 5485 75 BAc is intended to be cross-linked with aliphatic isocyanates. It is suitable for high solids - low VOC systems and 2K automotive refinishing (pigmented top coats & clear coats). It is compatible with vinyl VAGH, HDI-biuret, CAB 551-0.2, Desmodur 3390, ester soluble nitrocellulose and Domacryl hydroxyl resins. It is soluble in xylene, toluene, acetone, ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, methoxypropyl acetate and methyl isobutyl ketone. It is partially soluble in solvesso 100 and solvesso 150.
