Hauthane L-2882

Hauthane L-2882 by Hauthaway is a very hard, NMP- & APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion designed for industrial coatings. It is developed for use on rigid PVC. It forms hard, tough, hydrolysis-, chemical- and stain-resistant films, which approach 2-component polyurethane performance levels in coatings. It has superior adhesion to PVC that makes it the ideal candidate for automotive interior parts, vinyl furniture and components. It exhibits UV-, alcohol- and humidity resistance. It contains di-propylene glycol dimethyl ether as a co-solvent. It can be thickened with associative thickeners for alternative application methods. Hauthane L-2882 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip or rotogravure inks.
