Dynasylan® SIVO 110

Dynasylan® SIVO 110 by Evonik is composed of organo functional silanes and functionalized nanoscale silicone dioxide particles. It is a multifunctional, VOC-free, water borne sol-gel system. It is suitable as a binder component in temperature crosslinking sol-gel coatings and sol-gel –based hybrid coatings.

• It offers transparency and easy cleaning.
• It exhibits high hardness, excellent scratch- & mar resistance and good stability in boiling water.
• It shows very good adhesion on various substrates, good flexibility, very low thickness of formed layers and excellent resistance against solvents and other chemicals.
• It is recommended for corrosion resistant primer systems and sol-gel top coats which exhibit a temperature resistance of up to 220 °C.
• Dynasylan® SIVO 110 shelf life is of 12 months.
