ROSILK™ 2000

ROSILK™ 2000 by Dow Chemical is a waterborne, non-ionic, silicone emulsion polymer. Imparts a unique, dryer feel to leather and to deliver a balance of good wear properties. Its features include excellent gas rub performance, excellent taber performance and excellent white line/white break performance. Since recoat-ability is good, ROSILK™ 2000 can be used in pigmented automotive topcoat systems as well as in basecoats. It retains a slippery feel regardless of the resin system, ROSILK™ 2000 provides a different feel in different resin systems like all-acrylic system, all-urethane system and acrylic/urethane blend.
