Arez PM1280

Rosin modified phenolic resin. It is an amber-brown, hard and brittle resin with medium solubility, high viscosity and structure. It provides a high gloss, combined with a good transfer and a good temperature hold out. Furthermore this resin allows for a reduction in gelling agent, making the system more economical. Has a good compatibility with most ink oils and vegetable oils used in offset inks. It also has a high solution viscosity in mineral distillates. Used in web-fed offset inks (heatset/newsink) for high speed presses, sheet-fed offset inks and vegetable inks.
