Arez PM1063

Rosin modified phenolic resin. It is an amber-brown, hard and brittle resin with medium high solubility, medium-low solution viscosity with a low structure. It provides excellent gloss and shows a fast setting; good gelling behavior. These and other beneficial properties make it a well suited resin for single resin systems. Has a good compatibility with most solvents used in offset, within limited but practically useful proportions. Used in gloss vehicles, letdown varnishes, offset inks (Sheetffed/Heatset/Coldset) requiring high gloss and/or good letdown properties.
