VISCOPOL™ 1662EM by allnex is a fine particle size, high performance styrene acrylic emulsion. It is APEO-, formaldehyde-, or formaldehyde donors- free grade.
  • Coatings based on VISCOPOL™ 1662EM exhibit flexible, tack free films with excellent water and alkali resistance.
  • It provides high gloss, blister resistance, high build and excellent application properties.
  • It is used in water based decorative concrete paints (interior and exterior).
  • Recommended dosage level is 4.5-7.0% based on polymer solids & PVC and 3-4% for roof coatings primers.
  • It has a shelf life of 6 months at 100°F.
