VIALKYD® AQ-518 by allnex is a long, non-drying alkyd resin in castor oil. Suitable for inks and varnishes for off-set and heat-set printing. Designed for grinding vehicle for pigments and road marking paints. Exhibits excellent adhesion, high gloss, optimum pigment milling and leveling. Provides good wetting of pigments, great flexibility and spreading. It is compatible with modified phenolic resins, vegetable and mineral oils. VIALKYD® AQ-518 has a shelf life of 24 months.
