UCECOAT® 2804

UCECOAT® 2804 by allnex is a solvent-, tin-, BPA- & APEO-free, high performance, LED curable polyurethane dispersion for digital printing. It is a low viscosity, water-borne UV/EB energy curable liquid suitable for indirect food contact applications. Its polymer composition was optimized for high reactivity and low migration potential. UCECOAT® 2804 is tack-free and water re-dispersible after water evaporation but before cure. It can be applied by flexography & gravure printing techniques, conventional spray, screen, curtain and immersion coating methods. It can be used to coat paper and paperboard, corrugated sheets as well as several plastic substrates including corona-treated polyethylene and polypropylene. Recommended for inkjet inks, overprint varnishes, flexographic inks, coatings for plastics & wood and clear coating on PVC floorings.
