UCECOAT® 7210

UCECOAT® 7210 by allnex is a water-borne, energy curable (UV/EB) flexible urethane acrylate supplied as emulsion in water. It offers high solids content, good colloidal stability and low viscosity. It can be mixed in all proportions with UCECOAT® 7200 and thereby allows to formulate protective UV coatings with adjustable flexibility, high abrasion and chemical resistances. UCECOAT® 7210 can be blended with other water-borne UV resins to increase solid content. The cured formulations are characterized by direct adhesion onto common plastic substrates. It is applied by spray, spin-, dip- & curtain coating and common roll-to roll coating processes. Recommended for hard coats for consumer electronics (casing & display), optical film and metallized plastics. The shelf life of the grade is 6 months.
