PHENODUR® PR 371/70B LF by allnex is a curable phenolic resin. It is a low free formaldehyde version & offers very limited flexibility and is a sole binder for chemically resistant stoving coatings.
  • It is used in can coatings including BADGE- and BPA-NI formulas and interior drum linings.
  • Combinations with high molecular weight epoxide resins, in which the phenolic resin is the main constituent have proved successful for acid-resistant films.
  • It improves substrate adhesion by adding small amounts of (poly) vinyl butyral.
  • The shelf life of PHENODUR® PR 371/70B LF is 730 days.
